Cortland Improvement Association (CIA)
The Cortland Improvement Association is a community organization which serves to better our great town.

The CIA sponsors many events and fundraisers throughout the year, including: Cortland Fest, the Easter Egg Hunt, Santa Claus, Spookfest, the Baked Potato Bake, monthly Business Mingles, Garage Sales and Farmers Market. The organization is proud to serve a wonderful community and hopes to make many improvements to the town over time.
